U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC)
Provides systems engineering, installation, integration, implementation and evaluation support for communications and information technology systems worldwide, providing capabilities to Army organizations, combatant commanders, DOD agencies, and federal agencies in support of the warfighter. Software Engineering Center (SEC)
Provides full life cycle software engineering support to aid the warfighter. From supporting project managers, to maintaining existing software, to developing customer software from the ground up, the SEC will tailor its support to meet the needs of its customers for any system, on any platform, anywhere in the world. Provides world-class logistics support for C5ISR systems across the DOD, including sustainment, overhaul and repair, fabrication and manufacturing, engineering design and development, systems integration, software depot maintenance, technology insertion and modification, foreign military sales, and global field support. Additional CECOM Resources
The CECOM Historical Office serves as the central repository for Historical Sources Collection. The staff collects, reviews and conserves documents and maintains the command's archives and provides references and educational services as part of the program. In addition to collecting, researching and writing the Annual Historical Review in accordance with Army Regulation 870-5, the also respond to historical inquiries and requests for research, host academic researchers, research and write monographs assigned by the U.S. Army Center for Military History. As they conduct an oral history program, the CECOM Historian's mission is to preserve, for those who come after us, an accurate and objective account of our present experience and to use our knowledge of the past to inform the present and shape the future.
CECOM Directorate for Safety
The CECOM Directorate for Safety seeks to integrate safety risk management into the design, development, fielding and sustainment of technologically superior C5ISR system capabilities for the warfighter, to provide world class radiation safety support to our customers and to ensure a safe and healthful workplace through its execution of the command's Occupational Safety and Health Program.
