CECOM Support Services
CECOM is the warfighter's "one-stop-shop" for support for life-cycle support of the communications-electronics systems and equipment they carry. Designated a life-cycle management command, CECOM conducts training missions; provides field support for equipment and systems modifications and upgrades; and provides logistical expertise to ensure the on-time delivery of equipment, services and capabilities to the Warfighter.

Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF) is the U.S. Army's strategic and central testing facility responsible for interoperability engineering, executing Army Interoperability Certification (AIC) testing, maintaining configuration control for all operational through tactical-level information technology/national security systems, and supporting the digital needs of deployed warfighters. The CTSF is the Army's only facility to test theater-level system of systems products in a net-centric environment, and its personnel provide unparalleled, uncompromised, consistent and responsible support to the warfighter.
Logistics and Readiness Center
LRC provides global logistics support for C4ISR systems and equipment through rapid acquisition, maintenance, production, fielding, new equipment, training, operations and sustainment to meet the Army's Reset and Readiness goals in support of Army and multinational forces. The LRC manages a wide range of communications and electronic equipment, providing full service to include acquisition of major items and spare parts, new equipment training & fielding, depot maintenance (including repair, overhaul & reset), logistics assistance representatives in the field, army equipment publications, technical assistance and life-cycle support for international customers.

The SEC provides much of the DoD's software expertise needed to support command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR), as well as logistics, business and enterprise systems in the modern digital environment. With a mission to provide life-cycle software solutions that enable warfighting superiority and information dominance across the enterprise, SEC supports the Warfighter from the business office to the battlefield.
U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command
The U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) provides systems engineering, installation, integration implementation and evaluation support for communications and information technology systems worldwide enabling capabilities for Army organizations, Combatant Commanders, Department of Defense agencies and Federal agencies in support of the warfighter. The USAISEC mission includes the design, engineering, integration, development, sustainment, installation, testing, and acceptance of information systems. The USAISEC provides matrix support to the Program Executive Officer and Program Manager structure for systems engineering and integration of assigned information systems.

TYAD's mission is total sustainment, including design, manufacture, repair and overhaul of hundreds of electronic systems that include satellite terminals, radio and radar systems, telephones, electro-optics, night-vision and anti-intrusion devices, airborne surveillance equipment, navigational instruments, electronic warfare and guidance and control systems for tactical missiles. TYAD is the DoD's recognized leader in the areas of automated test equipment, systems integration and downsizing of electronics systems.
